Introduction to the Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions in AcceleratorApp facilitate structured interactions between mentors and startups. These sessions provide a centralized workspace where participants can collaborate, document meeting milestones, and maintain program accountability without relying on external document editors.
Using this feature during your live meetings allows both founders and mentors to log visible or private notes, distribute actionable items with clear deadlines, and instantly attach relevant files to the startup's record. This ensures a consistent framework for tracking growth and reviewing expert advice throughout the program lifecycle.
Where to Find Coaching Sessions
When a coaching session or meeting is scheduled, you automatically receive an email summary, an in-app system notification, and a direct calendar entry.
To open the live workspace inside AcceleratorApp:

- For Founders: Navigate to the Startup section in the main menu and click on the Coaching Sessions tab.

Step-by-Step

5. Upload Relevant Documents
Click the file function button located in the bottom corner of the workspace to attach and share documents directly within the active meeting record.
6. Complete the Session Evaluation

7. Formally End the Meeting
Click the End Meeting button to save your inputs and sync all notes, files, and tasks directly to both the Activities tab and Coaching Session logs.

Best Practices
Arrive with a shared agenda: Founders should write preliminary questions directly into the open notes section before the meeting starts to make the session more effective and valuable.
Convert advice into clear next steps: Document key takeaways and immediately assign at least one follow-up task with an explicit owner before finishing the interaction.
Always trigger the End Meeting action: Remember to explicitly click End Meeting at the conclusion of your call to ensure all ongoing notes and attached files save completely to the platform's history streams.
